The action of choosing text or images on your web page by clicking your left mouse button at the beginning of the desired selection area, holding the mouse button down, and moving your cursor to the end of the desired selection. When the mouse button is released, the selected area will be highlighted.

An acronym for File Transfer Protocol which is the standard mechanism for
exchanging files between computers and servers over the Internet.

An
acronym for Hypertext Markup Language which relays web page display and
format information from a web server to a web browser on the Internet.

Short for
‘hyperlink text’, a hyperlink allows a web page user to click on text or
an image to be taken to another web page.

An image gallery is the electronic version of a physical photo album.
Your images are displayed on a web page on the Internet instead of the
actual pages of the photo album.

thumbnail images is ideal. A thumbnail is a smaller version of an
original image with a hyperlink to the image in a larger size.
